5 Ways to Create an Exceptional Customer Service Experience



I recently wrote a blog post for Degreed on the "Five Ways to Create an Exceptional Customer Experience". I believe one of the important steps we need to take as Customer Success or Client Experience leaders is to pause and reflect on the experience we are creating for our customers. 

It is far easy to get too inwardly focused developing new processes and tools to support and scale your team and forget about the experience that those processes are actually creating for your customers. At Degreed we have a Client Experience team operating principle of Customer First Focus that we leverage to remind ourselves to first focus on the client's experience and success and then focus on building and scaling our team.
